A GLIMPSE INTO SPACE EXHIBITION DESIGN / ILLUSTRATION
In a collaboration with the Museum of Literature and Performing Arts in Sarajevo and the City of Sarajevo, I designed the visual identity and exhibition design for the "Karim Zaimović – A Glimpse into the Space" exhibition (orig. Pogled u Svemir). The exhibition was dedicated to the late writer, comic book artist, journalist, and radio host Karim Zaimović.
I crafted the visual identity by integrating abstract drawings from the late writer into various elements of the exhibition. The original drawings, showcased for visitors, served as a captivating focal point, adding a distinctive touch to the overall aesthetic. Collaborating with the researcher and exhibition author, we envisioned a multi-sensory and multimedia experience for visitors. This unique approach allowed attendees to physically engage with certain elements of the exhibition. The exhibition is presented in both Bosnian and English, providing a bilingual experience for all visitors. The comprehensive design serves as a gateway to the rich tapestry of Zaimović’s worlds, offering a new perspective on his enduring influence.
